How to Build a Suntime Havana Duo Seat

Building the Suntime Havana Duo Seat can sometimes be a challenge as the instructions supplied are poor and the parts often do not line up easily.

These walk through pictures along with the instructions will help you to build your new furniture which will give you years of pleasure.

Important notes before building the Havana duo seat:
Always leave the screws loose while building to allow you to line up the parts easier.
Un-package the glass carefully as it will break if damaged.
If too much weight is put on the front of the fabric or it is tightened too far, it will come out of the frame. Use a large flat screw driver and hammer to knock it back into place and large grips to close the frame tighter.
Parts of the chair are easily bent when building especially the legs which can cause the seat to not sit level. The legs are easily bent back to shape if needed by putting weight on them carefully.

1, First find the tension bars, seat and screws.
Turn the middle of the tension bars to close them and attach to the seat with the screws. The seats are often sent from the factory inside out so will appear as if the fabric has been put on the wrong way round. Simply twist the seat frame back on itself to reverse.

3, Now find the frame, screws and seat you have just built.

Ensure you attach the seats to the frame the right way round as it is easy to get this wrong and think the frame is bent. The screws for fixing the seat to the frame are in awkward places to reach so patience is needed!
