The Garlic Press by Vacu Vin is an easy to use garlic press that is specially designed to help optimise the flavour of garlic in your cooking. The garlic press has an incorporated lever to scrape the garlic off the press into your cooking for you.
How it works:
This Vacu Vin Garlic Press creates
an optimal garlic taste due to the size of the holes in the press; they cause
the cells in the garlic to open which enhances its flavour, so is much easier
to mix and combine in sauces and marinades. The scraper lever attached to the garlic
press smoothly slides over the press
to scrape the garlic from the raster.
