Auld Lang Stone’s Stoney Owl collection includes the medium sized 20cm Stoney Owl. Individually hand-carved from solid river cobbles in China, the Stoney Owls are a great way of bringing impact and decoration to your beds and borders. No two stones are the same, as these are individually created to provide every customer with something unique, so please note the item you receive may not look exactly as pictured here!

Auld Lang Stone is a family run business based in West Yorkshire. They specialise in producing hand-carved granite river stones into the well-known Stoney Owls, and TiggywinkleHedgehogs- their most recent introduction.
The cobbles are extracted from rivers in China to prevent flooding. This is a government controlled project, and the stones are only extracted where it would be beneficial to the land and, as a natural resource, their extraction is closely controlled to prevent any possible environmental damage. Auld Lang Stone has ensured that there is an adequate ethical policy in place for the workforce carrying out the extraction. In addition, Auld Lang Stone is a member of Envirowise, which is a government funded programme, dedicated to reducing the use of resources within UK businesses.
Each stone is hand carved, and therefore no stone is the same! Stoney Owls and Tiggywinkle Hedgehogs are the perfect gift, or decorative item for your garden- or even indoors!
