The Granny Smith Apple tree produces probably the most popular choice of apple in Britain! The crisp and juicy flavour from this dessert apple is produced between August and November, so a real long season for this popular choice. The tree itself flowers from April to May, adding a stunning spring display in your garden. With a maximum height and spread of 4 metres, this tree needs to be planted in full sun, and back-filled with soil mixed with a peat substitute and fertiliser.
