E-Series border spade from Spear and Jackson is a fantastic easy to use border spade that provides comfortable use for effective and efficient digging. It is designed with an ergonomic forward tilting soft feel handle that provides the ideal digging angle for comfortable use making digging more enjoyable. The handle is designed for a two handed grip for when digging harder ground. The lower shaft is also designed with a soft grip lower shaft that improves your grip. It also features a centralised foot tread which reduces slippage and unbalancing while delivering more digging power with less muscle effort and strain. It is manufactured from Stainless steel that is hardened by heat treatment to improve its strength and durability. The head is mirror polished for rust resistance and minimal soil adhesion along with the tubular stainless steel shaft. The Stainless steel also creates easier use in wet soils along with easier cleaning.
