What are your delivery options?
Our Standard Delivery service is £3.99 and takes 2 – 6 Working Days from Dispatch. Your order will be delivered via Yodel, FedEx or Royal Mail depending on the size of your parcel.
Our Speedy Delivery service is £8.99 and takes 1 – 2 Working Days from Dispatch. Your order will be delivered via Yodel or FedEx depending on the size of your parcel.
Do you deliver at weekends?
We currently do not offer an option to specifically choose your order to be delivered on a weekend, however Yodel do include Saturdays as one of their working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items are dispatched within 1 – 2 working days, subject to stock availability. If you choose standard delivery your order will then be delivered within 2 – 6 working days. We endeavour to get speedy delivery orders dispatched on the first working day, and most are delivered on the next working day, but it is not a guaranteed service and so therefore can sometimes take 2 days to be delivered.
What delivery carriers do you use?
We currently use Yodel, Fedex and Royal Mail, and the carrier will be chosen depending on the items you have ordered.
What if no one will be in to receive the delivery?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
Can I track my parcel?
For orders dispatched with Yodel or FedEx, you will receive a tracking email once your parcel has been dispatched with all the relevant information for you to track your parcel.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
If your parcel has not arrived by the expected date, please email email@example.com with your order ID so we can look into this for you.
Do you deliver to everywhere in the UK?
We currently deliver to most parts of the UK, however our heavier items and live goods are not available for delivery to certain parts of Scotland, Ireland and Offshore Islands. Download our full list of ‘Out of Area’ Postcodes
