Can I pay for part of my online order with National Garden Gift Vouchers?
Yes, you can use these vouchers to pay for all or part of any order sold and dispatched by Crowders. Unfortunately, at this time, National Garden Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for items sold and dispatched by our marketplace sellers.
How do I pay with my National Garden Gift Vouchers online?
- Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your basket, begin the checkout process as normal.
- Once you reach the payment section, there is an option to enter the total value of vouchers you have. For example, if you have 2 x £10 vouchers to spend, you would enter 20.00.
- Once you have completed the checkout process, simply post the vouchers to us together with a printed copy of your order which will be emailed to you. Once the vouchers have been received and authorised, we will process and dispatch your order. To minimise the risk of any problems during transit, we would always recommend sending the vouchers on a recorded postal service.
What if my vouchers exceed the total order value?
We will arrange for your change to be packaged and dispatched to you together with the rest of your order, or to your billing address if you elected to have your items sent to a different delivery address. Your change will be in the form of National Garden Gift Vouchers, or cash if the amount is less than £1.
What if my vouchers do not cover the total basket amount?
Simply enter the amount you wish to pay with vouchers and continue through the checkout process. Once you reach the final step, you will be given the option to pay the remaining amount via PayPal or secure credit/debit card transaction.
